Golf/Golf Plus/Touran/Tiguan/Passat/Scirocco 2.0TDI – When your coolant gauge goes into the red zone, the usual issue is due to overheating. This is typically caused by the failure of the water pump control valve seizing over the impeller and restricting the flow of coolant around the engine. The standard fix is usually to replace the water pump with an updated part and replace the cambelt.
Golf/Touran/Tiguan/Scirocco – If your Volkswagen displays the EML light and is low on power/limp, the fault will usually be logged with the EGR system (insufficient flow, EGR sensor 2) and is most commonly due to failure of the EGR valve unit itself. The usual repair for this problem is a complete replacement of the unit.
Golf/Golf Plus – When experiencing poor heater performance, this is usually caused by the blocking of the heater matrix by debris within the coolant system. The common fix here is to carry out an extensive coolant system flush and replace the heater matrix.
Transporter – If your Volkswagen dashboard displays the AdBlue warning message, your motor likely has the incorrect software installed within the Engine ECU. Usually, the repair for this would be to update the parts.

Links Automotive is a top garage. Servicing my Skoda was done to a high standard by knowledgeable experts. When exhaust sensors failed they took the car in at short notice and replaced them. I feel I am kept fully informed and treated with respect. As expected this is not the cheapest garage, but imho worth every penny.

I had a problem with my Q3 quattro dashboard lights showing.
